On April 1, 2025, a twelve-year-old boy from the village of Shpykiv, Tulchyn district, Vinnytsia region, Vladyslav Velychko, was hospitalized at the Children's Department of the Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Specialists of the Heart Institute diagnosed him with congenital heart disease - secondary atrial septal defect and dilatation of the right heart. 
To eliminate this congenital heart defect, Vladyslav needs endovascular closure of the atrial septal defect with the Xeapt P XJFS2525 occluder with the Stiirease SFA 10F introducer, the cost of the set is UAH 165,796.50.
The Foundation was approached by the boy's mother, Valentyna Velychko, who works as a specialist in market expansion methods at Kyiv Vitamin Plant JSC, and the boy's father, Oleh Velychko, a military serviceman and combatant, with a request to assist in the purchase of expensive consumables.
Thanks to our joint initiative in honor of Children's Day, between TM Sadochok, Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and ours Charitable Foundation ”Heart on the Palm”, We were able to quickly purchase the necessary expensive heart implant (Xeapt P XJFS2525 occluder with Stiirease SFA 10F introducer) and transfer it to the Heart Institute pharmacy to save Vladyslav's heart.
On the same day, April 1, at the Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Vladyslav underwent X-ray endovascular closure of the secondary atrial septal defect. The postoperative period was uneventful, and on April 2, the boy was discharged home in a satisfactory condition and good mood.
