
On October 14, 2025, a ten-year-old girl from the city of Boryspil, Kyiv region, Anna Pylypenko, born on July 1, 2015, was hospitalized at the children's department of the Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. She has a congenital defect
of the heart - a small secondary defect of the atrial septum.
To eliminate this congenital heart defect, Anna needs endovascular closure of the defect with a heart implant - a defect occluder
of the atrial septum in a complete set, the cost of which is UAH 165,796.50.
Lyudmila Pylypenko, the girl's mother, asked the Foundation to help her purchase expensive consumables.
Volodymyrna, who works under an employment contract at San Van Personnel LLC as a logistics accountant, and her father works as a driver for one-time orders.
With a request to support our charity project «Saving Anna's heart depends on you!» and provide a charitable donation for the purchase of an occluder for the ventricular septal defect with a Stiir Ease introducer for Anna, the Foundation turned to its reliable partners - Vodafone Ukraine and received prompt support. The necessary heart implant was purchased and transferred to the Heart Institute to save the girl's heart.
And on October 15, at the Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, Anna Pylypenko underwent X-ray endovascular closure of the secondary atrial septal defect. The postoperative period was uneventful, and on October 17, the girl was discharged home in a satisfactory condition and good mood.
