New Year's Eve is the most anticipated holiday for all children, because on this day the most cherished dreams come true.
The Heart on the Palm Charitable Foundation, established by the Heart Institute staff and designed to help children with congenital heart defects from low-income families, together with the Blagodom Company, gladly took the charitable initiative to organize a New Year's party for the young patients of the Heart Institute's pediatric department.
The children and their parents were delighted with the holiday and the gifts they received.
