On September 03, 2025, the Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine examined
and about a counseled girl from the city of Boryspil, Kyiv region, Pylypenko
Anna, who was born on July 1, 2015. The Institute's specialists diagnosed
a girl with a congenital heart defect - a small secondary defect of the atrial
membranes.
To eliminate this congenital heart defect, the girl needs endovascular surgery with the installation of a cardiac implant - an occluder for the atrial septal defect in a set, which costs UAH 165,796.50.
Anna's family consists of her mother, Lyudmyla Volodymyrivna Pylypenko, and her father, Vitalii Vasylovych Pylypenko. The family lives in Boryspil, Kyiv region.

The mother works under an employment contract at San Van Personnel LLC as a logistics accountant, and the father works as a driver for one-time orders. The family's current financial capabilities do not allow them to purchase an expensive heart implant - a complete interventricular septal defect occluder - to treat their daughter's congenital heart defect. Anna is a very pleasant and active girl, she loves to sing, draw, and especially dance and has outstanding achievements, as part of the ballet she participated in
the qualifying round of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. The girl is a good student at school, enjoys humanities and helps her mother with the housework.
The main wish of the parents is that their dear daughter is healthy.
Anna's mother asked the Foundation to help raise funds to save her daughter's heart. Here is her appeal.
