Pavlo has a congenital heart defect - an open arterial duct. The boy needs endovascular closure of the defect with the Nit-Occlud PDA spiral kit, which costs 60 027 UAH.<\/p><\/div><div><p>Pavlo's mother, Iryna Mykolayivna Pishl, asked the Foundation to help her purchase expensive consumables. We started\u00a0<strong>project <a href=\"https:\/\/heart-in-hand.in.ua\/en\/programs\/serdechko-pavla-potrebue-dopomogi\/\">\u00abPaul's heart needs help!\u00bb<\/a>.<\/strong>\u00a0 The Foundation posted information about the boy and all the necessary supporting documents on its website and Facebook page. The following companies offered their assistance in saving the little boy's congenital heart disease\u00a0<strong>German company PFM MEDICAL AG<\/strong>, and directly\u00a0<strong>Jens Nikelski and Dietmar Fiedler,<\/strong>\u00a0who provided a Nit-Occlud PDA spiral kit for Pavlo.<\/p><\/div><div><p>On September 04, 2019, at the Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, little Pishl Pavlo underwent X-ray endovascular closure of the patent ductus arteriosus.
